Welcome to Mapi Adventures, operated by KHAU THI TINH BUSINESS HOUSEHOLD (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a guided tour or using our website https://hagianglooptourmapi.com/, you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before making a booking. These Terms form a legally binding contract under Vietnamese law.
1. Scope of Services
Mapi Adventures provides guided tours, including but not limited to cultural, adventure, and private tours across Vietnam. All tour details, including itineraries, prices, and inclusions, are listed on our website or provided during booking.
2. Booking and Payment
Booking Process: Bookings are made via our website, email, or authorized agents. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment and our issuance of a confirmation email.
Payment Terms:
A deposit of 30% is required at booking unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is due a minimum of 2 hours before the tour start date.
Payments are accepted online by card or the remaining balance in cash in person.
Pricing: All prices are in Vietnamese Dong (VND) unless otherwise stated and include taxes and fees as listed. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to unforeseen cost increases (e.g., fuel surcharges) with prior notice.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
By Customer:
Cancellation 3 days or more before departure: 100% refund of the paid amount.
Cancellation within 48 hours before departure: 50% refund of the paid amount.
Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: No refund.
Refund process: Mapi Adventures will process refunds via the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving a valid request.

Payment and refund processing time:
Domestic cards: refund within 2–5 business days depending on the bank.
International cards: refund within 5–15 business days depending on the issuing bank.
Note: The above processing times exclude weekends and public holidays. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used by the customer.
By Us:
We may cancel tours due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions) or insufficient participants (minimum [insert number]).
In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative tour. We are not liable for additional costs (e.g., flights, visas).
Changes to Itinerary: We may modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational needs. We will notify you promptly and provide comparable alternatives where possible.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You must provide accurate personal information (e.g., name, contact details) at booking.
You are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents (e.g., passport, visas) and complying with health requirements (e.g., vaccinations).
You must follow tour guides’ instructions and respect local laws and customs.
You are liable for any damage caused by your actions during the tour.
5. Personal Data Protection
We collect personal information (e.g., name, email, passport details) to process bookings and provide services, in compliance with Vietnam’s Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection.
Your data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for tour operations (e.g., hotels, transport providers) or as required by law.

6. Liability and Insurance
Our Liability: We are not liable for losses, injuries, or damages caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest). Our liability is limited to the tour price.
Insurance: Insurance is covered by us, including coverage for medical emergencies and tour-related incidents. Details of coverage are available upon request.
Health and Safety: You must inform us of any medical conditions or special needs at booking. We may refuse participation if your condition poses a safety risk.
7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
